B-Line Rigging and scaffolding HB is a privately owned Napier based scaffolding and rigging company operating in the Hawkes Bay region for 27 years. Its current owners, Wayne Bicknell and Paul Bradleigh have been running the business since 1999.

Initially its major involvements were at the 80’s “Think Big” projects (Marsden Point Refinery expansion and Glenbrook steel Mill) but the Hawkes Bay operation has always been its hub. B-Line’s long term anchor customer is the Pan Pac Mill based at Whirinaki, we have been erecting and dismantling scaffolding for their general requirements and shut downs since they first opened.

We currently employ 17 full time staff (5 Management/admin/safety and 12 scaffolders) and the majority of our staff are fully qualified with a New Zealand Certificate in Advanced Scaffolding, Suspended Scaffolds, Rigging, Confined Spaces and Comprehesive First Aid.

We are ACC accrediated on the WSMP Programme and our commitment to safety is reinforced by dedicated Employees and our Management Team. We will continue to evaluate our systems and services as it is our obligation under the HSE act 1992 to “Take all practicable steps” to ensure your and our own employees safety and any sub contractors that use our scaffolds. B-Line work with their customers to create a safe working environment where and whenever it operates, one that is well documented and is capable of being measured and tested.

We supply complete hire, erect, dismantle and transport packages as it is our aim to offer a prompt, professional and safe service with the hope of securing repeat long term business through relationships built between our staff and our valued customers.
